(:I had the time to go and visit my brother Gary, Wendy and Cherise for Thanksgiving break...they are still in the US because Wendy's health still isn't the best. But they do hope to return to Chad soon.
It was a joy and a really blessing to get to see them again. Here are just a few pictures from my time with them...(:

Stephanie I hope all is going well for you and your family. I've never met you--although I well recall the joy of your parents when they learned they had a girl to complete their family. You have a beautiful blog. It's probably the most creative one I've seen. The stories about your nephew are so poignant---I can't read them without crying. They remind me just how fragile life can be in the third world. And they also serve to remind me how lucky I was with my own two boys--it could have ended so differently with them.
